I take pride in crafting high-quality, made-to-order knitted garments. Due to the bespoke nature of these products, I am unable to accept the return of a personalised item, as each one is individually made to order.

If the personalisation details are wrong on your order and the fault is mine, I will reknit and replace your item.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds:

Damaged Items: If your custom-made item arrives damaged or personalised details are wrong, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. We can organise a return and provide a replacement or refund.
